Default New Gauges

I'm about to install a pillar gauge pod and gauges in the GXP. For anyone running the Aeroforce I was wondering if you installed any of the accessories they offer and if so any advice or helpful hints you can offer for these. I'm gonna run dual interceptors and 1 auto-meter.

I have an 06' GXP and the gauge doesn't work. It doesn't display any info. Gauge powers up but quickly "resets" and lights simply blink. They sent me a PT gauge first. I returned it for the proper CN gauge but they sent me the power wire from the original PT they sent.. makes me wonder if the pins are different between the two. Tech 2 works without trouble.

you have to have the cann buss cable for a cann gauge to work the cables will not work with the older ones, its a different format on how the data is transfered
and the cann buss sends a lot more alot faster

So according to Henry at zzp there is no difference in the cables. I understand the Tech 2 has to have the CANdi module plugged in-line for it to read my car.. So, the Aeroforce gauge should have something along the same lines.. but it certainly isn't in the power cable. I'm just gonna have to contact Aeroforce.

The guys at zzp don't have a reputation on being the best of the best on this forum for what it's worth, they could very well be right but I would not trust anything they tell you

So just to simplify things....I have an 08 GXP & my intent is to run dual Interceptors so if I order the dual gauges the splitter cable that is supplied should be the only hardware needed to run the gauges effectively, correct?

Not to hi-jack your thread, but, I've got an 07 and it does the same thing. I sent it back, it was returned. Connected it back up and it does the same thing!
were you able to get the problem resolved?

Alright.. After multiple emails to Henry at ZZP he contacted Aeroforce and there is a difference in the power cables. The PT gauge power cable has a OBD2 port connector that is all black with a black divider. The one I ****** NEED has a black connector with a white divider. He fucked up. Tool. He's sending me the correct one. Unreal
