Year of car, mileage and whatever other info(CAI,tune, exhaust, type of plugs and age/mileage)
Can you read live data
What wobble is it a little or a lot
Have you checked the balancer bolt to see if it is loose, torque is like 240 lb ft so real blue face tight
AS for the codes I will respond when I can get to a good internet connection... meantime check and respond with some info

^^^^^ what Brian states, no aftermarkets either go with OEM and a new bolt if you are determined that is what is wrong.(be sure to follow the proper installion technique and torque) Even ATI the balancer people wont make a custom for under 800 bucks for our LS4`s even as a group buy.
I think you have a wiring/transmission problem personally but I need more time as I have no internet at home to fully explain what might be your real problem. My balancer has a wobble since the first launch and 100000 miles later it still wobbles. Tomorrow I will be intown and can use their internet to post.

My internet is screwed, everything times out before I can do anything. In brief I think you have at least a ground problem and possibly a faulty 1/2 shift solenoid in your trans mission. This should be tested as the computer is not getting the proper response within the 2 second time aloted. I will keep trying to post up more info on what is happening.

P1750- 1-2 Shift Valve Performance
Go here http://www.gmls4.com/index.php?topic=1412.0 ,(You may have to copy and paste in a new window), then scroll down to the figure #8-919 check items 11,12,13 in that diagram on your car. Then figure #8-917 #`s 5 & 8. Then figure # 8-790# 12
recommend you remove, sand and apply a little die-electric grease to each and then re-secure each.
ALSO be sure the battery terminals are clean and tight.

P0335- CKP Sensor Circuit Malfunction
This is most likely due to the P1750 trigger

C0898- Theft deterrent system
triggered by the no start/ interrupted start. Removing key from car for 20 minutes will usually clear this one

C0240- PCM Traction Control Not Allowed
again triggered most likely due the P1750

C0244- PWM Delivered Torque Malfunction
again triggered because of the P1750

Do you have access to a DVOM?
