What are the best headlights bulbs that are bright other than hids

I can tell you sylvania silverstar aren't that much brighter over oem replacements. Feel rather disappointed in them now that I think of it

What a lot of guys with Integras used to do to get brighter headlights without going to hids is retro fit hi beam bulbs in the low beam housing. Never tried it personally (because my integra is a beater now) but have seen it with good results.

More or less just shooting a possible idea out there for you.

Still trying to figure out what I'm going to do about my LT1 style headlights :/

And the other thing about SilverStars is that they don't last very long.

HIDs in projector housings FTW!

I use Silverstars and like them, they ARE brighter than stock.. and I've had mine in my car for over 2 years now...

You sure about that Lew? For a blind old man, you crank out a great tune, but I'm not sure I would trust you in the area of illumination!

Philips xtreme power and xtreme vision are another good set of bulbs. Using a halogen relay harness will also add more power to the bulbs.
