Default 3.90 R&P to 4.11 R&P. What do I revise in my tune?

Have tunercat so I can tweak my tune. I currently have a tune for 3.90 R&P but I have installed 4.11 R&P recently. BTW I have 275-40-17 tires.

What speedometer related parameter do I tweak in the tune and what do I tweak it to in the tune.
Thanks

I do believe my speedo is a tad faster from the gear change.

Are you trying to say that no speedometer correction is needed when changing rear end gear ratio's? I disagree.
