First step up and buy some Long tube headers... Maybe some 1.6 self-aligning Roller rockers and an LT4 Knock sensor then have at it!

You wont really need a tune but it always helps!

Anytime....tuning even a 100% stock car has several benefits. You could tune it now and then pay $50 down the road for each retune when you add mods that require a tune. On the other hand you could just wait I suppose if you have some more mods that you want to do in the near future.

Agreed, you can tune at any point to get a few more horse, but the more mods you have the more HP you will be able to pull out with a tune

well if you could post names of parts rathe rthan just numbers it would help. Alot of guys are not going to know what those are off the top of their heads and are not gonna take the time to search them.
But as said B4 a good tune can help even on a stock car. I personally like to wait untill its worth while for some bigger gains. What is a few extra ponies gonna do for you on a stock or close to stock car??? Answer is not much. Invest in more parts then get a tune!!!
