Default ram air intake

i'm getting the ls1 style ram air hood on my 96 t/a and i cant find a ram air intake for the life of me. any help would be great. links if you got em. thanks. i really dont want the hood to be none functional.

My buddy uses this on his '00 WS6.

its a fiberglass hood from afterthoughtsauto.com thats the pic from the site not my car.

i need an lt1 ws6 ram air intake and i cant find one. i just searched for like an hour.

You will want to make sure that the underside of the hood has the recession for the airbox. The stock WS6 hood inlets sit much further forward than the inlets on your hood. I'd recommend getting the hood first and then weighing your options.

yeah theres a few sites ive seen with a combo...theres one i cant remember the name but they offered hood, intake, everything to install both and even offered paint for a little extra. it was a nice order and get right to work option, no screwing around trying to find parts get paint etc.

That's a ram air box for a '96-'97 LT1 SS Camaro. Wrong year range and wrong Fbody. He wants a ram air box for a '98+ T/A.

That's the stock air box for a '98+ T/A. He wants a ram air box.

no he doesnt...he is asking for a stock style ram-air box from a 96-97 WS6 or 93-97 Firehawk

like i said before. they pop up on ebay every once in a while but be prepared to spend a good chunk of change

suncoastcreations sells them too, but i would rather have one thats original equipment...only problem is, they are getting hard to find since not many where made

SLP no longer sells these fyi

From the first post, I thought he was referring to the LS1 ram air box, like the ones I posted above.
