Default Sluggish at low rpms <2500

Hey guys my car is acting real sluggish at rpms less than 2500. It is ok for daily driving but when you hammer down it doesn't seem to accelerate like it should. I have also noticed it cutting out "more like it stumbling" at about 2500rpms for a second or two. This has happened twice in the last couple hundred miles. I am looking for ideas for what might be going on. The only mods are a recent opti spark, plugs/wires, cold air, and headers. I am not sure if this is it but it was not tuned after the headers. Oh yeah even after it is warm it tends to idle around 1000rpms.

Thanks, Chase

It might be your Throttle Position Sensor is bad causing the High Idle!

Give more info on the car? what size headers?

The headers are pacesetter long tubes. I think they are 1 3/4 Maybe? lol I guess the tps would be a good place to start.

Yeah I do need to hook it up to a scanner. Maybe that is why it appears to ideal high.

Its a M6 but the throttle response does seem a little slow.

We have the same mods, and Im having this same problem. On my post I was led more of the direction of the igniton system. but the TPS dosnt seem a bad idea. Except mine has had tendency when let off the gas to idle at 1500 then followed by droping down to under 1k

I'd lean towards vacuum leak
