Maybe a handful. It won't be substantial with a minor bolt-on car.

Yeah thats what i was thinking, i checked with texas-speed and they have a good deal for the pacesetter lts and ory combo and i was just wondering.

Would my car be considered minor bolt on?

-Ls1 lid conversion
-Hooker shorties !cat
-LM1 exhaust
-Tuned
-!EGR,!AIR
-TB bypass
-A4
-2.73 gears

I raced my friends 07' mustang GT (stock) from a dig and have 2 cars and pulling by the time we hit 85. Its a pretty stout car as it sits.

Besides rockers, and EWP (heard its not the best for a DD car) what else can i do?

Rockers, electric water pump, long tubes, new gears (3.73s), suspension, higher stall torque converter, sticky tires, larger throttle body, weight reduction, etc., are a few other things that come to mind.

Most people that are afraid of using an electric water pump on a DD are only afraid because of the POSSIBILITY of it failing that other people have mentioned. I say go for it.

i have comp magnum rockers and they are noisy. but its that bad. and my electric water pump did fail. but i replaced the motor for 70 bucks. really wasnt any different than the stock pump. a little cheaper to fix.

10hp possibly. Hooker shorties are ok, I had them on mine, but it bugged the heck out of me knowing that I had stock piping, cats, and catback after them so I switched to Hooker LT's, ORY, and a dumped bullet setup.

You need gears. Those 2.73 need to be kicked to the curb bro! 3.73 would be a nice change and compliment your car real well.

Thats what my tax return is gonna go towards, maybe a stall but my trans has 173k on it, and still shifts perfect though *knock on wood*

Keep in mind gears more or less go hand in hand with a stall as far as streetability. I would save up and do both at the same time that way you could get more stall. Talking with Mike at Yank he told me the 3.73 would compliment my Yank SS3600 and help out with it's being more streetable. He mentioned if I had 2.73 and was going to keep them in to go more towards the 3000.

My car will be going on the dyno, I have hooker shorties, full bolton car with a small cam, the cc305. I bought the car that way with a mail order tune. Stock it has 3.23 gears in it, it will be getting 3.73 gears in it this summer hopefully. The guy at Edge converters told me a 3400 stall should be fine either if I had 3.23 or 3.73. The stall really makes the car alot more fun, and a little faster. I bought the 10 bolt with the 3.73 gears for 100 bucks, rebuilt transmission by friend, trans cooler, 1100 bucks, torque converter 550....so it really wasn't too much in the end. If you want to make the transmission last longer, buy a transmission cooler, that is how mine failed.

Yeah i hear ya. I might not do the stall due to saving reasons though.

I am getting a shift kit, ive installed many on th350s and i watched the video from trans-go and that video with instructions is damn near idiot proof. I dont see why people dont install shift kits on there own.
