got an LT1!
hey all,
I've been on here a while, mostly reading, not many posts. I've had 2 LS1's previously, but decided, since I really am more interested in having the F-body platform, not necessarily the newest engine, I'd look into LT1's this go around. I picked up this 94 (93?) this weekend in the middle of nowhere Georgia for $1500. She's been sitting a while since hitting a deer. No front suspension damage, purely cosmetic (and the headlight). She runs like a champ, t56 (am I right?) shifts smooth and stays in gear, clutch feels great. 136k on the odo. Leaks a little oil, not bad though. I've got some big plans for her in the future, way more than I ever did with the LS's.
Definitely needs a wash and wax and some cleaning on the inside. First off I gotta do brakes. They shake me up real bad. Feels good to own her outright, so cheap. Gotta thank Robert and his family for their offer. (his sons might be on here somewhere, I dunno)
Anyways on to the pics...

true, at least it was a quick painless death though. my dad hit a buck a couple of weeks ago, pretty hard. it tore up his ford ranger. he turned around to check on it but it was gone. poor deer's gonna bleed to death somewhere slowly.

outside Fitzgerald on Craigslist, go figure.
i live in Pensacola, FL and had been cruisin around on all the different Craigslist sites in the area, then found this. and the listing expired like 2 days after i saw it. boy am i glad i wrote down the number and email!
yeah, if it needed a hood too, im almost completely set on a standard ws6 hood with blackbird stripes in silver? maybe satin black would show once its cleaned up.
now i'm just debating on whether or not to do the ceta on such a dark color.
