Default Should I? And will it work...

I have a 94 z28 that I've been fixing up mostly body work.
I got the chance to pick up an 96 ws6 ram air in way better shape than my z28.The ws6 has no motor and trans but it has the wiring harness. I wondering what
Else would I need to swap my motor and trans in the Ws6?

The '96 is OBD2 and utilizes 4 o2 sensors and a CPS sensor. Also the trans you have does not have the PWM solenoid that the '96 trans does.

That being said, you can swap the engine and trans into the '96 car and tune out the codes for the rear o2's, the CPS, and you should be able to flash the '94 trans base code onto the '96 PCM.

PWM is the pulse width modulator solenoid. Came in '95+ auto transmissions.

Then the trans should not be an issue. You should be able to swap the engine and trans, use the '96 wire harness and computer, and tune out the OBD2 codes that don't concern you.
