Question Coolant Shooting Out Radiator

I just put a 383 in my T/A. everything is brand new in the motor... my heads had small cracks in them when the machine shop checked em and they welded them up... i been having problems with it running hot... well i figured i would drive it down the road today... when i came back it was blowing out antifreeze... so i took off the cap and cranked up the car... its blowing antifreeze out the radiator till its empty. i fill it up and it blows right back out... what do any of you guys think is the problem??

How much coolant are you using to fill up? The coolant system holds approx 16 quarts.

i'm not sure i use a half a gallon of antifreeze and i open the bleeders and fill it up till water is running out the bleeders i keep the flow of water going and i close the bleeders... crank it up and then here comes all the water right back out... it looks like when you hold a water hose straight up and turn the water on and it just pushes out... thas what it looks like.. and its got alot of pressure on it... i'm thinking head gasket or the machine shop didnt weld the crack up good..

I hate to say it, but if the agitation is that bad especially during a cold start up then most likely cylinder pressure is getting into the cooling system.
