Default Got a fuel pressure gauge, what fittings..

I just got this fuel pressure gauge from summit,

What fittings do i need to make this work on the schrader valve?

I hope you plan on mounting that outside of the car. Running a mechanical fuel pressure gauge requires running fuel lines into the cabin of the car, a very unsafe idea. The proper way is to get a gauge with an electric sending unit.

yea it was just to test idle fuel pressure, make sure it stays solid

you should just invest in the 59.99 electronic fuel pressure gause like I got. Works great and looks good. mounted it in my A-Pillar lol

If you are planning on mounting it under the hood you can get a 90* swivel fitting with stainless steal braided line. I believe the fitting size on the Schrader is -4an.

Thank you, all i was looking for was schrader valve fitting size. I am not permanitly connecting this gauge, i just installed a new fuel pump and want to check pressure at startup/idle

Why don't you just buy a normal portable fuel pressure gauge instead of going through all that trouble? They are like $25.

Any parts store has a fuel pressure test gauge for under $30. I bought one at my local Advance Auto. Something like this -

Parts stores have them even cheaper than that, and include bleed-down tubes/valves as well.

Yea that is better, Ill just return what I got and get something that is a little more practical. Thanks man, something that is better, i didnt look into these gauges enough, obviously.
