Default Im stumped, car looses voltage while running with new battery and alternator??

Trying to figure this one out, my 94 acts like the alternator is bad but I had a new one put in, didnt solve the problem, volts slowly went from 12v down till the car died, took it back, had the stock one tested, that was good, put that back in, put another good battery in it, still same thing, checked fuses, nothing blown. I did a LS1 dash swap so I figured not having the gauge cluster hooked up had something to do with it, put the stock cluster back in, still had the same problem. It seems like even with a good battery and good alternator, that the car is just running off the battery till it wears itself out.

Any ideas? Im lost, all the wires seem fine (ground and power wires)

You have an ingnition power wire somewhere that's grounded out..and it's small enough to not blow the fuse.

Does the battery slowly lose a charge when you don't drive the car and it's off for a while?

its very possible that you got a bad alternator out of the box. I work at a parts store and i see it everyday

Any wire that's hot with the Key in the run position..technically it would be called "hot in run", I guess I should've said that.

Are you getting Volts off the cluster or with a multimeter? Check the volts coming right off the alt should be putting volts out.
