Default lt1 water pump question ( please answer ASAP)

ok guys im finally putting my motor in. I have a LT1 383 motor and im looking so dumb right now.

The heater hoses on the Water. if i block them am i asking for problems ?

The car never sees rain, snow or either clouds anyways. will it hurt anything or do they have to be put back in because of the reverse flow setup ?

You can cap off the heater core inlet/outlet on the water pump.

I hammered the heater pipes out of the water pump housing and had a machine shop plug the holes. Looks slick.
