Default ABS Inop

My light came on awhile back. I checked all fuses and replaced the relay. Didn't fix it. Check the Ohms on the ABS senors and all were in correct range. Brought it to GM for them to check it out. Codes thrown were
CO1216
C1295
they said it could be one of the three problem.
1. Bad relay
2.Brake switch
3.EBCM which is like $455.

already replaced the relay, if it was a bad brake switch would my brake lights still work?
is there any other options?

my brake lights are fine, i'm asking if the brake switch was bad, would they still work cuz they do and my ABS doesn't work. No point in replacing something that doesn't need to be replaced

i just fixed this problem with my 95 Z and my ss spoiler. bascially the led does not give resistance like the stock bulbs do so you have to wire in a resistor to fix it. there is a post with a wiring diagram on how to fix this. it is about a week old in the lt1 section. search for it and you should see the 2nd or 3rd post with the link. i think it is titled "just changed to ss spoiler now abs light is on"

This is an old thread but I figured I'd utilize it.

How do I know what relay to use? Will any relay work?

You need to find out whether or not a normally open or closed relay is used. Shoebox may have diagrams to answer at least that question.

Neither am I. Any 12v auto relay will work. If that relay is not charged in that diagram it looks to be a normally open relay.
