Default New Persnal Best! Going Underwear Shopping Tomorrow!

Well, it was a great night at Dallas Raceway for the LTX world. 3 new personal bests in one night! Although mine is not as awesome as Tony's and Ray's, I will tell everyone here that I have new appreciation for the skill required to drive a 6-speed down the track in the 10's or quicker. So Taner and Brady...my hat goes off to you two. I also gotta say thanks to Tony, Nitrous Outlet and Lloyd Elliot for helping me get here.

60 - 1.627
330 - 4.525
1/8 - 6.929
MPH - 103.25
1000 - 8.996
1/4 - 10.721
MPH - 129.49

As for why I"m going underwear shopping, please see the first vid below.

This pass would have been my best pass of the night, but I was nervous and it was soooo hot that my hands were dripping with sweat and my hand slipped off the shifter on the 2-3 shift. Damn!! Probably would have been a 10.5x. Enjoy.

Awesome Kyle.

But it looks like you've got alot of suspension dialing-in to do. That wheel-hop looks pretty substantial. What are you running in the back?

Rear suspension needs work but I'm out of money for a while. Right now it has an S60 35-spline with 4.10's, BMR adjustable LCA's, BMR adjustable TA, and BMR sway bar. KYB adjustable shocks and air bags. It's a full weight, full interior street car. Race weight was 3650 that night.

I've been wanting to upgrade to some Strange single adjustable shocks on the rear with the BMR XTREME Rear Anti-Roll Bar but I am broke...

Sounds badass, man. Just a word of advice, might try a set of leather finger-less gloves. Like what you would wear on a Motorcycle, etc. That might help your grip on the shifter...

Congrats on the time Kyle!!

The stick cars are fun thats for sure, you always have something to do.. I never realized how important hitting the shifts were. On my N/A gear set, i'm in 2nd gear before the 60', 3rd gear before the 330', and 4th gear before the 1/8th mile. It just goes to show you if you are slow on one or more shifts it affects the times drastically.

I know if picked up some time going to Crandall (1100ft DA) over Amarillo (6000ft DA) but the Master of stick cars gave me some over the phone tips that dropped .2 off my times. Man i love this Face Plated Liberty T-56, and it is streetable just click 5th,lol...

Going to be some stiff competition this year with the boys from Texas bringin the heat...
