Well that's obvious! ..but are tires considered suspension? I don't think I'd agree.

Tires are just as much a suspension component as LCAs, springs, shocks, etc., IMO.

I don't think just one component provides X amount of gains over another. It's the parts complimenting eachother to get the car out of the hole. However, since you have the tires, I would say LCAs with relocation brackets and SFCs would be a good start.

local guy did mid 1.4x 60' on bone stock suspension with et streets. It was a stock ls1 with a cutout, 150 shot, 3.73s and a converter. That said... if you decide you need rear suspension stuff... get an anti-roll bar. I like the BMR unit, the UMI has a following, and the Spohn won't let you use a DA shock out back. Those bars aren't too bad on the street, and are probably a bit softer than a wolfe bar.

i say all three you listed compliment each other and IMO one isnt better then the other. LCA's if you have wheel hop, TA if you want better launches, i dont know....

I can tell you from my experiences with no traction that the single best suspension mod I have is my Spohn adjustable torque arm. The arm strength has nothing at all to do with it. The adjustability of your pinion angle is priceless. LCA's and panhards are great for cornering and do improve stability and traction some but I would do the Tq arm first.
