lt1 Guys post your top speed truthfully Alright brohans check this out i have long tubes no cats open, cold air intake, bbk underdrive, pulley walbro fuel pump and other mods. I have a four speed automatic trans. Now i maxed out my top speed at 132 i mean red lined at fourth gear and all the juices squized out!!!!!. Now i heard of autos doing 150 155+++++. Uh please guys don say it rev limiter because in fourth the needle is passed 6200 rpms and stock its supposed to be around 5800 5900 rpms so is it possible i have smaller gear inside the rear end when i bought it.

You may have a 93 or 94 im geussing? Some of them (non GT's) had top speed limiters of around 130mph because they didn't come with Z rated tires. They usually came with 130mph speedo too if I remember correctly.
93 and 94 where the only year the "GT" package was offered (firebirds only, not sure if the camaro had an equivilent?), it came standard on all 95-97 V8 models, which had a 155mph speedo...
I've personally had my car past the 155 mark down near the volt meter, graphs suggest around 167mph with the A4/stock rev limiter/ 3.23 gears, If I remember correctly.

i had a 94 trans am black with 120 speedometer due to no z rated tires option. my poor blakie i crashed him my first car =(. R.I.P BLACKIE. Now i have another trans am yay but i still miss my first car =(.
