You need to order a tune from someone like Alvin at pcmforless. '93 has a chip.

Since he is junking the car you should get the PCM and wiring harness and swap into your car. Tuning for 93's can be a pain in the butt...

As well as the timing set, timing cover, camshaft, distributor, and MAF with all the ducting. It's easier to tune 95+ cars, but I wouldn't go through all that. Also the 4l60E is a little different of an animal than the 4l60/700R4, I'm not sure exactly whats different in the harness and ECM between the two.

tuning the 93's arn't that big of a pain in the butt as people make it out to be... i can burn my own chips from logged data an switch out the chip easy enough
...in short..NO you cant use what you found
lt1pcmtuning.com will help you when you are ready to tune in my experiences they/he "Solomon" has better customer support than pcm 4 less.
Do you even have any mods yet?

I'm not sure if the opti's can be switched out like that. Correct, the 700R4 in the 93 isn't, but I'm not sure how the 4l60e's are controlled, so I don't know how the 95 pcm would react.
