Default header gasket?

Im putting the finishing touches on my LT1 and have a quick question...
I bought an engine gasket kit from Mr. Gasket. All the gaskets fit except for the header gaskets. Is there a difference between the stock exhaust manifold gaskets and a header gasket???

Additional info, they are Pace Setter Long Tubes...

Thanks in advance for any help.

What exactly won't fit? Is it the bolt holes? There are outside and inside bolt holes - both of which will work.

Or just save yourself the hassle and go with the Felpro 1406 gaskets. Far and away they are the best header gasket I have used.

Fel Pro 1406

or

Mr Gasket 5903 (Brodix)

I had terrible leaks when i first put my Pacesetters on with Mr Gasket Coppers. I talked to Larry at Speed Inc. and he said they only use the Mr Gasket Ultra Seal 5903 on there LT1s. Worked mint and no leaks at all till this day.

There is a difference between a header gasket and a manifold gasket. One the holes won't line up right and u will have your self a leak. I have pace setter on mine I used a different kinda gasket it is not reusable but I work it is felpro. Don't know the numbers off of my head but. Just don't u the stock manifold gasket it will sound like **** if use it
