SES light on at 50 mph
So if i'm driving at 50 mph in 6th gear sitting at about 1500 rpms for about 3 minutes, my SES light comes on, but once i turn it off then wait for about a minute the light goes away. But if I'm at 60+ or freeway in 6th i can drive for about an hour before the light comes on. What can this be? i know it's really broad but i haven't ordered my aldl cable yet so i can't scan my codes..

Mine does the same thing if I cruise too low on the highway (55-60mph in 6th gear).
I think mine is from O2 sensors, they've been through some ****.
Even if the light isn't on when you get it scanned it should store it so you can see last code.

Got the same thing going on here under the same conditions, intermittently. Pulled the code a while back, was indeed the EGR. Code 32, I believe.
I can't block or delete it thanks to CA smog, so I'm just waiting for the EGR to fail completely before doing something about it.
