Not sure how much this is gonna help but I'll give some input.

Back in 2001, when I was a young lad in high school, I couldn't afford a 4th generation LT1 f-body. So I drove a Cavalier Z24.

I put an OBX stainless header on it.

In all seriousness though-- the header looked good, welds were clean, and fitment was perfect.

Of course a Z24 and a Z28 are two entirely different things, so I'm assuming that producing headers for them are two entirely different things also.

My buddy has a LS1 with OBX headers, they actually fit pretty good. I know LT1's may be a little different but the LS1's were actually pretty nice I thought. I am running Pacesetter Ceramic LT's on my LT1 and they are asesome, didnt have to do anything to them to make them fit

Its good to get a general idea by asking, but honestly every car will be different.

Some may not have a single hiccup, but others will end up having to bang, cut, and notch the **** out of everything.

I had heard pacesetters fit good and couldn't resist it when I stumbled upon a barely used set for dirt cheap...but in my case they fit like **** and were a total PITA to install. Other people say they slid right in.

You may just have to bite the bullet and go for it, and see what happens in your case .

OBX, for the most part, is a chinese copy of someone else's header. SLP, Dynatech, Kooks, etc. If those fit, then more than likely, OBX will fit also.

The look, fitment, diameter of tubing i.e 1 3/4 pacesetter to 1 7/8 kooks.
Also kooks has a 3.5" flange compared to a 3" flange
