Default intake, cam and head qestion

i have a 95 z-28 and its been swaped and has a vette engine it performs good but i want more power. im lookin to make more power but im in califorina so im kinda limitied with my options because of that stupid smog crap and C.A.R.B numbers for parts so is it worth buying a Lt4 hot cam kit and just porting the vette heads or just buy new trick flows or some kinda head like that? and just port matching the stock intake or buying an eldebrock?
what would be the gains with the lt4 cam it and port matching the heads and intake? anybody done this set up?
thanks guys

Go with the cc503 cam and have your heads ported
don't need to do the intake; the cc503 will pass with a good tune.
For what you want I would go here for the porting http://elliottsportworks.com/home/?page_id=51; Port matching is no good

thats good to know should the heads be matched to that port on the intake? i just want mine to be like an Lt4 with getting at 400rhp i think that goal might be to much of a day dream lol i would put a rear mounted turbo does anyone know if thats good set up?
if i did not have califoina smog and the C.A.R.B stuff to worrie about i would get rid of alot of the crap under the hood and do a twin turbo front mount set up

I live in California. Just find someone to pass you. Cops don't look under the Hood and most of then give you thumbs up as long as ur not driving stupid in front of them.

Just go to both of there sites and upgrading injectors is smart and also if you get an EWP u can get a double roller timing chain and free up a few horsepower

Is the car a auto or m6. If it is a auto a quality stall converter will be the better bang for the buck mod.

The 2500 is a joke, the 3000 is better, but a 3500+ is best.

I wouldn't bother with the 3000. Go straight to the 3500. You'll thank yourself later.
