Default Need advice( i have this is the suspension part too)

The 2 other owners put suspension on my car but idk for a fact if its on there. they have receipts but how can i tell if there really on there.

also i was wondering if these are good suspension parts. should i upgrade some or leave some alone? here are the parts

umiperformance:
#201520-R 82-02 GM F-Body Tubular LCA & Non-Adjust. PHB-RED
#3001 64-02 GM Rear Lower Control Arm Bolt Upgrade Kit
#2311-R 93-02 GM F-Body Upper Front A-Arms-Poly-Red
#2002-R 93-02 GM F-body Tubular Subframe Connectors

Spohn performance:
D-19-409 Polyurethane end links
D-7-1137 32mm poly front sway bar bushings 93-02 F-body
D-19-406 Polyurethane end links
Poly-21 21mm rear sway bar bushings

We could use some pictures of under your car so we can maybe see what you have. But you should be able to tell aftermarket stuff from stock most of the time. Most aftermarket suspension pieces are painted red, black, or silver.

Put up some pic of under the car and we could easily tell stock from aftermarket. Or Google the parts you have and find images of them then look under the car for those parts.

Well I see after market SFC, upper a arm, panhard bar and at least poly rear end bushings.

ok thank you for your help. i know umi and spohn are good brands but what else could i do? i thought about a k-member but idk. should i upgrade and shocks and springs?

You could do the torque arm if it has not already been upgraded.
