Very expensive, but StainlessWorks will custom build you whatever you want. Be prepared to spend about a grand if not more though. I don't think you will find 2" headers retail.

I'd be more worried trying to get them around the steering shaft and k member.

Lemons can custom make you 2" headers, but the closest you will get from out of the box brands are 1 7/8.

The merge design is important. The shorter the merge is, the less efficient it is. Contact Kooks or ARH, their merges are great. As they make their stuff here, they can make you anything you want. OBX and Stainless use short merges and OBX is an Asian import so forget about anything custom from them.

exactly what i mean.......re-route lol............chop the #1 primary off and rebuild the tube so it doesn't end up directly infront of the steering shaft comming off the stock rack...........if you go to a manual rack such as a mad man it will fit fine.....

A max effort 427 could definitely utilize 2" primaries IMO.

Lemons will do it, but it is NOT cheap. I talked to him about doing this very thing for me and I still have the quote somewhere. I think it was around 1200 for uncoated, mild steel headers...

Here is some info he sent me on them at the time:

LEMONS HEADERS INC.
’93-’02 CAMARO SMALL BLOCK RACE HEADER
PART # SBR-120

Header Spec’s:
This header is designed for any tube size up to 2 ¼” with any collector size up to 4” or our collector muffler up to a 5” size. All of the tubes are inside the frame with good ground clearance and spark plug access. It will fit any mini starter a full size GM starter will not fit. This design will fit side motor mounts or motor plates. The passenger side is the most restrictive. Depending on the tube size you may have to slightly trim the bottom of the mid plate and the outside corner of the starter aluminum mounting block. Measuring from the side of a stock oil pan on the passenger side we have 3 ¼” of room for an oil sump kick out and on the driver side we have 2 ½” at mid pan and 3 ½” of room at the bottom of the pan. If there is no kick out on the driver side the oil filter is accessible. If you are using a Lakewood style scatter shield you may have to trim the outer edge of it below the starter area. The driver side header is close to the steering column, depending on the tube size you may have to replace the factory rag joint with a smaller “U” joint. The header will fit a hydraulic clutch system only, but is not intended for air conditioning or column shifter linkage.
NOTE: the ’98 to’02 cars used a different rack and pinion which moves the front of the steering column outward and will interfere with the front tubes on the driver side. Requires using the earlier style rack.

Installing the headers:
We build our race headers with individual tubes and a slip on collector for easier installation. Depending on tube size and oil pan kick outs you may have to remove the starter and steering column section between the 2 “U” joints.
Install both sides from front to back. As you install each tube only start the header bolts leaving them loose enough that the tubes can move freely. Once all the tubes are in snug the header bolts, but don’t tighten them until the collectors are installed then go back and tighten all the bolts.
Refer to our header installation tip’s page for additional instructions.

Thank you for selecting Lemons Headers!
