Default Got a extra Lt1, now what to do with it?

So my old 97 z28 got totaled back in sep. Now I have a extra Lt1. Its 100% stock with 138k miles. I'm wanting to build this motor up pretty radical, and put it in something. Looking for some good idea on what to do here. Kinda wanting to get a project car started with my dad so we can spend some time together while working on a car. I was thinking maybe buy a rolling chasis of another camaro of transam and put it in it? Any advice on what kind of build to do here?

I don't think that's the route I'm wanting to go. Looking more towards a 1/4 mile car.

I'm in the process of building a pretty radical little 355.

I started out by copying TravisMcGill2000's build. Trickflow 21's, custom LE cam, around 12:1. I'm about done with oredering parts. My build took a serious turn when I decided I wanted to get a direct port nitrous setup and back it by a 300 shot.
Shooting for mid-high 11's on motor behind a 3800 stall and 4.30s with a 3600lb car/driver. It would be nice to see high 9's on nitrous. But we'll see how everything plays out.

All forged 383 then turbo it and put it in whatever chassis you want.

Put it in a light little car and scare the ricers off the road.....oh wait, it is a ricer. I fit this right in the ole' Datsun (Nissan) whatever. Now this is a load of fun. If it never runs the quarter the look on peoples faces is worth it. When sitting at a red light, the other folks around me keep looking for the rumbling car. Very few know it's the 280Z.

I was going to put an LT1 in this but I had trouble getting it aligned.
