Default Fabbed Valve Covers

Anyone on here running them? Got any pics? Looking at these for mine:

My alternator is relocated so I dont need to worry about the notch...

ive seen a couple lt1's runnign those. Im not sure if theyre exactly the same, but they had no problems from what i could tell. Im thinking about getting something similar too

I ran them for about a month and they would not seal at all. I ditched them and went back to the stockers

Did you try RTVing the gaskets in place? Woulda sucked if you had to pull em back off, but I bet they would have sealed.

They will certainly look big, shiny, and dumb while they leak.

i have a pair of those, made by "big end products" and they worked great, had to fab it to clear the alternator, but they didnt leak. make sure you have them bolted down tight, and that you put the breathers on it

it's hard to hear anything about any vc on an lt1 other than "they leak" so you're probably just as good off. hell, my stockers leaked for awhile

i have them on mine and no issues. i did have to rtv one corner, and just the corner. overall decent product.
i got them due to the fact i am running 1.6 full rollers and relocated the ALT.

I have Cantons. They're kind of a pain in the *** but once you get a good gasket RTV'd on there they work great, and look good.

Canton's on the ole' LT4. I needed the extra height and no webs inside.
