Default as simple easy quick as possible!?!

For my rocker arm upgrade i ordered valve sprins, valve seals, and pushrods, however, someone has told me that for the valve seals i have to take the heads off. Now my car is a DD right now and i have to have it every day. So my question is can the rockers be done without taking the heads off?

Oh yeah, no problem at all. It's not a very big job to change seals, rockers, pushrods etc. No need to pull the head. There's a lot of threads on the procedure.

How many times are you going to ask the same question?

I don't eat cheerios. I also don't see a point in starting another thread about exactly the same thing as you did 3 days ago. If you need more info, just bump the thread you already made.

Valve springs, rockers and valve stem seals are all on the top side of the heads. There is no reason to pull the heads off the engine. Here, somebody made a youtube video- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsGqmOQus6Y
