Default lt1 fuel pump replacement

hey guys done some searches and found a lot of people like the racetronix replacement, i'm just curious what would be best for my build, are theres any tutorials on putting these aftermarket pumps in, i put an autozone replacement to put in it and its been below satisfactory cut out a few times at higher rpms its stumbling at like 1500 and below rpms sometime 2000 and below, and i need to prime it like 8 times for a good start, sounds like a fuel pump to me last time i had a pressure gauge on it it wouldn't build pressure until a few primes also, haven't gotten a fuel pressure gauge on it while driving or running though since then so i'll probably do that to.

anyways mods are
xfi 280 comp cam
36 lb/hr injectors
le2 heads and intake
58mm tb
long tubes with ory

just looking for best pump within reasonable price or best kit

also what does a hot wire kit do out of curiousity read a lot of people recromend getting that

Racetronix with Hot Wire kit is a good choice!!! The hot wire kit gives the pump, Full voltage @ all times Definately worth gettin & installing. If I remember right the 255lph is good for 500hp IF you need more look into the 340lph I think theyve got the upgraded stuff for those worked out now

I want the racetronix too but they are all the same price everywhere from what I saw. This is all regular price too. I can't ever seem to catch a sale or group purchase.
