Default degrees of timing in stock lt1

ok i have a 94 l1 need to replace the timing chain BADLY lol worn the hell outa it. but im trying to figure out where the stock timing is set at 2 degrees advanced, retarded, or set at 0 in relation from crank to cam. not the distributor. trying to get a double roller timing chain and depending on the timing im getting an adjustable or not.

So you think STOCK the cam was installed other than straight up?
The stock LT1 timing chain is loose and everyone loves to get worked up over it but nobody has an actual problem from it.
Cloyes makes an oversize lower gear that will tighten a stock chain.
Think about it this way, GM used that chain with the full waterpump load placed on it and it is VERY reliable. Meaning the durability concerns people have about it are made up internet stupidity.

You know that with a gen 1 timing set you have to go with a low flow electric waterpump right?

Most every LT1 cam I have heard of is meant to go in straight up. Advance is usually already added in the grind.
