Looks like the whole housing is bent from the pic you posted!

I had the same issue. My pass side relocation bracket sat crooked as well. I used a hammer and tapped it up a bit. Then I just used my impact gun to tighten it up. IIRC it is still sitting on a slight angle. I wouldn't worry about it too much. And I know my rear axle isn't bent.

I would take it off and measure from the one side top hole to the bottom hole on the opposite side(criss-cross). Then compare that measurement to the exact opposite. If they are the same, then the two side pieces are square and you shouldn't worry.
