Did you try tightening it up? It almost looks like it will draw itself up when tightened with the gap on the left side.

Looks like the whole axle tube is bent. Might be time for a housing!

Tighten it down and draw it together. Looks like it should straighten itself out.

Those are a pain to put in, your passenger side doesn't look right tho. As everyone else stated tighten it down.

How is a bent axle tube going to cause a bracket to sit on another bracket crooked? Please explain that one to me

I assume from the picture the plate we weld on the back is just sawed crooked or placed on crooked. That plate is a piece of 3/16" x 4" sawed to length and welded on the back as a support plate, nothing special. It could be sawed crooked or the welder placed it on crooked. It doesn't effect the hole locations in anyway, they are bolted to the fixture using bolts in all holes and the plate is placed on last. If all the bolts are in you are good to go. Again that back plate won't effect hole location. I will show this to the welders in the shop and investigate the fixture, it looks like a cross eyed welder to me

Looks to me like the upper left mounting hole is drilled too far toward the top of the bracket. Seems like the whole piece is riding low on the left side. Maybe you could measure the distance between the holes on both sides. If there is more distance on the drivers side, then you found the problem.

I was thinking a drilled hole issue also.

I would suggest not jacking the rear of the car up by the swaybar and mounting bracket

I'm bringing this back from the dead. My rear control arms have been on a little over a year and with about lil over 2500 miles on them. Is this okay that they are crooked?

What kind of bushing is that? If its rubber or poly it looks like they need to be replaced.

Mine were like that and clunked and rattled like no other. I love UMI and have all my stuff from them, but I dislike the roto joints. I swapped all of them back to poly and put back on the stock LCA's. They are supposed to move like that though.

They're only suppose to move like that when you have Roto-joints or Rod-ends on both ends of the LCAs.
With you have the fixed position poly bushings on the front of your LCAs then the Roto-joints at the rear should be straight, NOT angled. I'd check the jam nuts for the length adjustment I bet they're loose on both LCAs.
