Having UMI LCA relocation issue...

Yep, probably normal for a roto joint.

With you have the fixed position poly bushings on the front of your LCAs then the Roto-joints at the rear should be straight, NOT angled. I'd check the jam nuts for the length adjustment I bet they're loose on both LCAs.
This is correct. If you have any type of swivel joint on both ends (rod ends, Roto-Joints ect) They will look like that from time to time, the car will move them when necessary. Like mentioned above, if you have poly on the chassis side there is most likely loose jam nuts. If this is the case I recommend straightening them and tightening the jam nuts. I also recommend some blue Loctite on the threads as well to prevent the jam nut from coming loose.
