start ur list at the 1.6rr skip all of above that, its a waste of money. There is no way u will make 11s w that combo u will need to do the heads as well so save ur money on all the fluff stuff that doesnt make any hp, such as the first items on ur list. U are gonna have to do a pretty large H/C/I combo to do 11s with no power adders. GLWYB

Should put down 350 to 360 rwhp. You'll need more gear and better heads to put it in the 11's though.

I'd stick with the stock t.b. and get a different cam. Crane 227ish. L.E. makes a version of it.

The tb, the easel rock intake and 306 cam are a waste. Do some reading, find someone who runs the numbers you want, copy their build.

Ditch the elbow and intake manifold, both are a step back from stock. That cam will run horrible with 3.42's too. I couldn't believe the difference going from 3.73's to 4.10's made in my combo and I make a lot more lowend/midrange torque than the 306.

ive shown him the LE stage 1 heads. he will be getting them, just not at this second. gotta do it in stages.

ive told him he will need at least a set of 3.73's as well.

Stock tb and intake are not a restriction till aprox 400 ish hp. Money would be better spent somewhere else .

Put that $500 toward a good rear end. Cause it be hard to run 11s with stock 10bolt and m6. Also when he buying rockers. Go ahead and up grade to a 7/16 rocker and studs. Make sure you buy nsa rockers with guide plates. 11s should be easy with cam, bolt ons, and good 60ft. So make sure to spend some $ on the susp. Good luck

Also if the block hasnt been decked pickup some .026 head gaskets. It will bump the compression to around 11.1. That will pick up some power for cheap.

Add tires, suspension, and a nice clutch if one is not present.

seeing as everybody is agreeing that there are VERY large issues with your plan and granted making solid recommendations about what you should use instead.. What I would still tell you is STOP right here and do a LOT more research before you plan another magazine build like this that cost a lot and does a lot less than it could have with good parts..

If this was the plan you guys had come up with then you are not quite ready to dive in yet. We all started somewhere and most of us look back and with we had been a little more patient early on and avoid some of the mistakes we made.

Quick Reply: what do yall think about this combo.
