No Fuel No Spark... HELP!
Hi, I have a 1995 z28 which I just finished rebuilding. I started the car a handful of times but now the car will not start. I have tested my fuel pump via jumper and it works fine. Checked the voltage to the fuel pump on the car and get nothing. I also am not getting spark. No clue why this stuff is happening the car was working fine just the other day. I checked all fuses and relays and they are all fine. I'm thinking it may be a computer issue. Any help will be appreciated thanks!

I just did some more fiddling. I got the car to fire for a few seconds then it shut off. I jumped the fuel pump and got it to fire that way. I forgot to add earlier that I bought a new PCM. Is there any sort of relearn procedure?

So, you are saying it does not even prime when the key is turned on, but you can use the prime connector and run the pump okay? Then check the fuel pump relay.
PCM should not matter, but would be last thing to suspect is bad.

while you may be able to "hear" the fuel pump...best to physically check fuel pressure with a gauge attached to the schrader valve
not saying fuel is the problem, although it may be so confirm you have fuel "pressure" then move on to ignition

Thanks for the Help Everyone. I got the car working. I wasnt getting any fuel pressure I confirmed it by checking the schrader valve. I ended up tracing it back to the fuel sending unit connection on the body. I took apart half the interior and pulled the old connector out metered the wires and the connector was just no good. I ended up just rewiring the fuel pump so there was no connector later I'll put connectors on but for now the crimp connections will do. Car works great now. Did some burnouts just to be sure everything was in working condition and later couldnt put it into reverse (low tranny fluid LOL)
