Default another lt1 no start

So my friend bought a 95 z28. Car didnt start when he bought it, it would turn over good but never fire. We got it home and sprayed ether in it. Fired up and idled high. Once u get it running you can cut it off and on a few times and itll start fine. Once it sits it will not start back without ether. Now the car wont start with ether.

Things we have tried are, engine harness, spark plugs and wires, opti, coil, vats removed, and a tps sensor. We even switched cpus with one from a 94.

We rented noid lights, and the injectors were grounded. The noid light didnt blink.

We took the injectors off of my car cause they were the same stock size and put on his.

We know mine work.

Any ideas?

Yeah,
If, you get chance might want to check the pin-out on fuel pump harness connector at the back above the rear end, Ive seen them burned up badly.

I'll chime in.

1.pcm was swapped with wct13's that we know works and has VATS delete and a tune, no change.

2.Changed icm/coil, no change

3.New spark plugs and wires. No change

4.New opti, no change

5.New wiring harness, just cause it had several missing pigtails, no change

6.Had the pcm in the car tuned, VATS delete, egr delete. No change

7.Pcm shows no trouble codes

8.New tPS sensor

9.fuel pump works because it held pressure at the rails at around 47-48 for quite awhile

10.It is getting fuel and spark because the car started with a shot of ether, and I drove it up the road And ran it up to about 6k rpm and smoked the tires, it ran great then, , had great power. and shut down and fired up repeatedly afterwards. The next day. No fire

11.Replaced injectors, no change

12. I did put noid lights on the injector pigtails, and got nothing, then we fired the car up with either and drove it right after that (refer to #10)

Now it will just turn over, and not fire period.

There is nothing left to replace, or test, the Damn thing just won't fire. And we're out of ideas

Check the coolant temp sensor resistance to see if it's in range or replace it. It's the one in the WP. The pcm uses it for cold engine fueling, on a carbed engine it would be the choke.

Checked all fuses and relays, relplaced what needed replacing, and checked every ground wire known.
