Default Built LT1 drag car

Finally getting some seat time after months and months of thrashing on this car still got some tweaking to do at the track and also need a new battery last pass i made last weekend it turned off on me. I know my car will pick up some from battery because I'm running msd box and also running coils instead of opti spark. Here is a video of the car
it spun off the line and was out of the grove till after 60ft. I also didnt leave on transbrake just left on footbrake. Car still ran a low 7 sec pass. I made one more pass and the car lett hard wheels up leaving on 2 step and then battery died after 300ft and i still picked up a full second at 330ft mark coasting. Hopefully be able to make another trip to track to get good accurate timing. MAKE SURE YOU WATCH IN HD!!!!

Did you fill in the holes on your roof after pulling the headliner, or do newer years just not have them? That "I" beam support on the roof is nice and smooth on yours. I pulled the headliner on my 93 and was pissed that there are big holes underneath it in the bracing...I wanted to just paint the roof black instead of dealing with the headliner but it will look too ghetto with all the holes lol. Will probably just cover it in vinyl instead now.

No the car does not have air bags
& the car suppose to run 7.00 maybe high 6s on motor according to guy i bought it from but we have changed a ton since we bought it (roll cage(which is now chrome moly not mild steel and that will change weight a lot), scatter shield flywheel shield, longer studs, seat belts, had to cut up fender wheels for the tires, took about 15 pounds of extra nitrous and fuel lines out and ran them the proper way....etc.) so haven't got accurate time completely yet hope to go to the track this weekend and see what it will do but it ran 7.20 spinning horribly at 60 ft and like i said the last past i made last weekend it hooked and did a wheelie and then cut off on me a little after 60ft due to dead battery wasn't enough voltage to run msd box blah blah blah.
