I think it would depend on how mismatched the manifold to head port was. On boost I doubt the plenum work does much.

Looks like the intake is now bigger than the heads?

Intake ports are pretty damn close to being perfect to head ports as of now.

TBH, its hopefully gonna lend a hand with even cyl distribution, not sure what boost will really care about it. And it leaves the intake as never gonna be a restriction, so I can upgrade to a 4500 elbow and 100mm TB later on.

Just go 4bbl TB and carb hat. I'd imagine better drivability and less tip-in from a progressive 4bbl that only uses half the TB for part throttle vs one giant TB blade, and you don't have to worry about an elbow messing with your flow.

Plus, #Evenmoreweightsavings .

I did basically the same thing to a street dominator on my 455. Gained almost 1000 rpm over the junk performer edelbrock I had on there
