Sounds like my first run, except I ran a 14.9 92mph with a 2.5 60ft....I had a really really bad ignition problem and it was my first time drag racing with a manual, as you can tell, my sixty foot times suck ***!

What did you do to help out the 60', just practice, because it defenitly got better as the night went along...

Well there were a few 6 speed ls1 owners out there that i talked to. they gave me a few pointers on how to launch the beast without getting tirespin. The first few runs i would just kinda dump the clutch out of first and the tires would just spin but i started just easing it out of first

Well, that could be my problem. I was revving to about 2K, then just dump the clutch and spun all the way through first. I am a dumbass...

What kind of tires were you on also???

Nice times. You got better every run. I also see 11's with some traction for your Z.
