1996 SS Z28 SLP???? Help
My brother has a 1996 SLP SS Z28 Camaro with 85K miles
What are these cars worth?
He is thinking about selling it and buying a C5Z
The car is ALL original and documented original miles.
Everything works as it should and the 6 speed goes through all the gears perfect.
All matinance is up to date.

If it's really clean and nice, the right buyer may give $8500 or so for it. And it could take a long time to find that right buyer. You'd probably have a lot of offers for around $6000.
In my opinion, cars like this haven't aged quite enough to begin gaining in value. The 1996 SS cars are one of the most desirable 4th-gens, but LT1 f-bodies are not particularly popular cars at the moment. If the car had 20k miles instead of 85k it might bring $10,000 or so.
Nice car but if he likes it and can afford to get the vette either way, he may be better off keeping it and sticking it in a garage for a few more years.
