Appearance change..... low rise spoiler to high rise spoiler question....
Well, I have a 1994 trans am, its not a GT model, it came with the low rise spoiler, or firebird stock spoiler. I have a chance to buy a high rise spoiler. Here's my question: Do I just swap the spoilers? I was told that the low rise can't be removed, that I would need to change the whole hatch..... I really feel kind of dumb asking this, since common sense tells me I can just swap spoilers leaving in place my current hatch. Anyone have done this? Thanks in advance for the replies.

how come camaros with body kits are usually rs's, and the ones without are usually Z28's, but on firebirds the body kit usually means t/a, and the ones without are v6's or the rare formula. ive always been curious about that, is chevy and pontiac's marketing that different?

Also the firebird v6s (98-02) have a sport appearance package that means the same stock front and rear bumper as the regular firebird, but they add little skirts to the front, side and rear. I think it also gets dual exhaust. Personally I think it looks silly, and I like ground effects.
