Default Pace Setter Midlengths

hi my friend has a 94 lt1 car witha current best of 14.15 on street tires i was wondering if a high flow cat and or cut out with these headers will improve his times. And have anyof you ever installed these are they difficult? what kind of gains can we expect??

cutout will improve times on any kind of exhaust.

You won't see much of a gain with a high flow cat unless the stock one is clogged.

Nothing else is done to it.. I had the same setup before I tweaked it. Pace Setter mids and a Factory Exhaust with some crap Hankook tires, and ran a 13.85, as an auto. I was just wonderin.

I haven't had a chance yet to run mine after all the new stuff. I blew a head gasket, so I am fixing that, and installing hooker Long Tubes. I am expecting high 12's.
