Back in an F-body Finally able to go back out and pick one up....this time its a 97 trans am and is a one owner original car....very nice shape too...I cant wait to go get it tonight, get it home and detail it up on Sunday! I am stoked.

just got home tonight with it...here are some details...
97 TA
auto
3.23 gears
car is completely stock and all original...bought it from original owners tonight with all of the paperwork...belonged to the guy's wife as she just drove it to and from work..
paint is pristine with only one little ping but other then that it is mint...inside is very nice as well...drivers seat has an area where you get in and out of the car...typical. other then that, it really doesnt need anything. I may replace the kick panels and sill plates because they have the normal scuff marks on them.
car was ordered without t-tops and chrome wheels. I have not looked at the original order form to see what else was added on...has the monsoon with multi-cd changer too. Car was garaged kept all its life next to their 66 vette and 65 cobra!!!!!!!!! damn nice cars too!!!! So you know this car was well taken care of.
Car has a new a/c system, water pump, eagle tires, and opti spark!!! woohoo!..only had the plugs changed once and that was years ago..original plug wires...needless to say, it does need a tune-up....doesnt leak any oil or fluids...car is tight handling....it has 125K on the odometer but looks, feels, and sounds like 50K.
Going to clean it up Sunday because it is really dirty and the engine compartment is grimey. I will take some pics when I am done cleaning it up.
