Default Guys with 355ci setups, come in.

Well my motor is starting to fail me at 142k and im in the area of shopping for a new setup.

I really would like to do a forged 355ci with a good Nitrous friendly compression. But also keep it N/A friendly too. Fully ported CNC heads and a cam around the specs of the GM 847.

If you have a 355 what are you running, IE> E/ts,Cam,Heads,etc.

Thanks.

355 forged bottom end, pistons, rods, etc... 236/242 cam with a .569/.579 lift on a 112 lsa. Stock heads, intake, tb. 3200 stall with a burnt clutch (3rd)which netted me a 12.6 at 109mph and a 1.8 60'.

Also i have a Dual nozzle setup right now for a 200 shot, along with a MSD 6AL, blaster coil, progressive controller and the MSD timing retard box with 1-15* control **** setting. That way i dont have to tune my car to run n20, i can just turn the dial on the **** 4-6* depending on what i want.

The track times were recent in this nasty houston weather. No n20 times yet, as i barely just put 3000 miles on the new engine.

Im sure with slicks and cooler weather i can pull 12.4's on motor. with 3500 pounds weighing in with me in it.

227/233 - .560"/.569", 11.5-1 comprsssion with LE1 heads. Rotating assembly consists of an eagle crank, eagle rods, and KB pistons. I plan on upgrading the heads soon. Im hoping for low 8's on my shake down runs because my suspension is all over the place right now.

eagle cast crank, forged rods, -5cc SRP pistons 11.8 compression, LE2 cam + supporting valvetrain, and stock heads with valvejob, decked, port match. so far i have about $5k in the project, and i still need tuning. i just hope the tranny will hold the power cuz its still stock. once its finished im hoping it will go low 12's before i spray it or till i can get enough $$ buy some LE3 heads.

Err, I have a Scat 9000 crank, 6 inch Eagle H-beams and SRP pistons. AI heads/cam, stock intake along with assorted bolt on's. Managed 11.41@119 the one time I got to run the car. Made 411 rwhp on the 11.4 pass, ended up making 423/375 with higher rpm problems.

Rum Runner Racing Heads out here did the heads. LT1 casting
248/254 hyd. cam, Stock crank, Manley forged pistons and rods. Nothing special. 10.5-1 compression. Raceweight is 3350 w/driver. I use a turbo 400 with brake. 4200 stall converter which is too small.

Car is VERY consistant. Very reliable also.

Best is in sig. Just went 10.938 @ 122.14 witha 1.477 60' with 1200' DA
