Just go to Lowes or Home Depot and get a 3x3x3 Fernco coupler and that will work fine. That is what I have on mine and it has worked fine for over 50,000 miles.

Yeah the 3" will fit over it with a little work, the first time may take you a little while to massage it on there, but you can always dip it in some boiling water for a couple of seconds to soften it up. After you get it on there the first time it will conform to the shape of the TB more so it will be much easier after that. Which sensor are you talking about the vent line coming from the opti ? If that is the one you are talking about I just drilled a 1/8 hole in the driver side of the fernco and pushed it in there.

he's probably talking about the air temp sensor.
if your putting an ls1 lid on your car, the sensor will plug into the lid.
might have to go to the dealer and buy the gromit for it. there under 3 dollars lol

I have been meaning to try out an ls1 lid setup on my car, let us know how it goes. They just look much cleaner than the suncoast ram air box that I am using now. I have been wanting to put the lid and bottom from a LS1 WS6 so I could retain the function of my ram air hood, but I just haven't done it yet.
