would this setup be decent
im looking to do this with most of the setup i have already.... ill use the vavle train i have already except for the valve springs and lifters..... im gettting some comp cam "R" hydraulic lifters and ill get some new springs that will hold up to .600 lift....
im looking at a cam with these specs 230/236 .576/.570 113lsa with 1.5 rockers..... i will be using 1.6s so that will push up the lift to around .590's... i have flat top pistonsa and the motor was just rebuilt about 1900 miles ago.... i also have full exhuast and im wanting to do this on stock heads.... would piston to valve clearance be a problem.... also what kind of #'s would you expect with this kind of setup and what kind of mods would i have to do to support this such as fuel, injectors, etc.

The XFI grinds assume 1.6 rockers and reccomend the comp 918 beehive spring
PTV is not a problem...I am running a 246/254 .613/.590 in a 396 with a decked block and milled heads

awesome thanks for the input i was thinking of doing the 306 for a while but i wanted something a little more aggressive because this car is going to be a cam only on car with boltons..... i want to see what i can push the stock heads to.... really the main thing i was worried about was PTV clearance..... i dont see low 12s for mine until i get a new rearend i might get a few good passes but my stocker will give out after to much punishment at the track, sucks being a 6 speed sometimes
