tell him to do all the bolt ons first, because he wont see near the gain in hp if he had full exhuast and what not. build a car to where you will see full potential of the next mod you do, or its a waste of money.

should i just tell him to get heads/cam package then? he has a ram air hood for his car but if he gets the cold air intake its gonna be a waste cuz he is getting a supercharger in a week or so.
If he ends up getting one what should i tell him to get then, he wants to spend 3500$ on a supercharger system but i tell him a little more wont hurt but i think if it ends up being more he'll pay.

Check out our '95 Formula. Internally stock engine, never opened up. Hooker headers and Hooker exhaust. BMR and Spohn suspension, Moser rear, Rossler transmission, Neal Chance converter. ATI ProCharger P-1SC at 9 psi. The car runs 11.32 at 118 mph. Bob

Correct me if im wrong, but once he starts going forced induction and putting some serious power, he's gonna have to change his C/R, get stronger rods and better pistons. thats like 5 grand with the s/c right there. he could put out 600 to the wheels, sure, then what about that crap rear end we all have?
heads/cam with power developing upper end might not make as much power as forced induction, but i dont know if i have to worry as much about my rear. and the cost is like 1500 bucks for a decent set of heads and cam.

its all in the launch with the rear end when you have that much power. if it was M6, then that ould be different, bang 2nd gear good enough and itll go.
