93 z28 vs 2000z28 what would happen 
I have a friend with a 2000 z28 a4, hooker catback exhaust is his only mod. he wants to race, i said ok, but my 93 Z28 a4 has only a flowmaster muffler, a hi flo cat, and all my fluids changed to royal purple,and zr1 fusion tires. Thats what he knows. But in the next week or so i will have a k&n fipk, shiftkit w/ tranny cooler, air foil, and tb bypass, cutout. How do you think it will go for me. I have 273s, he has 3 23, and cheap tires. We are going to do a 0-100mph run, and a 50 roll, what do you think my chances are

please let me know what you think, with just the muffler and cat ive beaten an lt1 trans am and an lt1 camaro. Both had exhaust and i dont know what else.

You will lose badly. The 273s are going to make it really bad. Dont bother with the 50 roll race, just race him from a dead and hope he spinsso you can jump him just to see how long it will take for him blow by you...

You have about 260Rwhp to his 290...
Keep in mind, if your friend beat an LS1 running a 13.8, that doesn't mean his car was faster. Especially for a street race, the trap speed is more important and i bet the LS1 had a higher trap....
