LT1 swap to 64 chevy II(help) Having probs withe the car we did the swap the car ran Great. woke up next morning car wouldnt start check engine light is on but the computer will not communicate. swapped comp. and still having the same problem the engine and ecu are out of a 93 vette with a street performance wirng harness. we're at a dead ewnd if anyone can help.

If the engine cranks over and you swapped PCM's then your problem should be somewhere else. Are you receiving signal to any of the sensors? Tell me more of what you've done already to solution the problem.

no we havnt. it just kinda happened all the suuden it would run then it would skip then it quit all together. i havnt tryed to see about signal but we also tryed to go through the harness to see if there were any broke or damaged wire for it not to communicate with the reader it would not comunicate with either computer on it i think if we could just get it communicate we could solve the prob.
