pull all of your plugs and pull off air intake and make sure you did not get water in your motor.. rotate motor to get water out of cylinders and maybe let it air dry over night.. im rebuilding a lt1 for a guy and it snapped the rods..

Pull the plugs and wires and just let the car sit and dry out. Did you really drive the car through water so high that you're positive it got into the optispark?
Do you realize the water would probably be higher than your floorboard right? It probably just got some moisture in it. Let the car sit and dry out.

Stock looking wires, i dont know what brand, gotta do a tune up next, i got in and it did fine, went thru some more water, maybe 3 or 4 inches high, did fine after for 10 seconds and started popping mega crazy, i was coasting down hill and kept dumping the clutch and letting it roll, then it fired back up fine, drove it the rest of the way just fine, should i worry or do something to it tomorrow?

Yeh I don't think it is your opti. Most likely sucked up some water through the intake. The puddle would have to be super deep to submerge the opti. I would pull out the CAI and give it a blow dry. Then re-grease the filter.

I have to disagree and say it is your opti. I have had two go that weren't completely submerged in water. Just got a lot splashed alot is my guess, but I had the popping a lot. I let it sit over night and next morning just truned the car on and let it idle to heat up and dissapate the water.
It smoothed out and ran good after a few minutes, but about a month later it died. Opened the opti up, there was so much rust it couldn't even turn the disc inside.
